We have recently partnered with The Outdoor Guide (TOG), Cumbria Wildlife Trust and the Northern Viaduct Trust to produce a short film describing the superb wheelchair friendly Smardale Gill Viaduct Walk.  The walk can also be viewed on their ViewRanger interactive mapping system. Debbie North from the Outdoor Guide brings the cultural and natural heritage to life along the route, meets the different organisations and demonstrates how the route can be walked with wheels.

**Due to repairs on the viaduct this section has been temporarily closed. If you would like to visit the lime kilns parking is also available on Kelleth Road from the Newbiggin on Lune end of the path. A public footpath also runs around the viaduct but is not accessible by wheelchairs.13.08.2019 **
