We need willing volunteers to help us on our newest piece of land on Wed 18^th May near Broughton in Furness. The land has some lovely native woodland which was planted by the previous owner a few years ago. There is now a lot of work to do removing tree guards and stakes and having a big tidy up. 

Jan Darrall, property manager said, 

“This beautiful woodland is our newest and most southerly property in Cumbria. This will be our first workparty here, getting to know the land and understand the issues it may have. It is an opportunity for people in the south west of the county to get involved with us and help us manage a new native woodland. No particular skills or tools are needed, just hands to help.”
