Lesley Wiliams, author of ‘The Tour of the Lake District’ walking guide

Author of Cicerone walking guide, ‘The Tour of the Lake District’, Lesley Williams was in conversation with Andrew Tait of Friends of the Lake District recently. Lesley says, “The whole idea is that you don’t have to come to the Lake District in a car to do this trek.” Find out the route, to be tackled in stages or as a long distance trek, and some of the challenges Lesley faced when writing the guide.
