The Yorkshire Dales National Park authority has launched a consultation running until 12th May seeking views on sites they propose to allocate for future housing development and protect as open space.  This is part of the preparation of the Yorkshire Dales National Park local plan. It’s really important to raise any concerns at this stage as once sites are allocated, they effectively have ‘permission in principle’.
