Changes have been made to bus timetables compared to Summer 2023 in order to increase punctuality and maximise the capacity across the network.  Stagecoach are really excited about the impact these changes can make by increasing the number of trips made using public transport thus reducing congestion and increasing the sustainability of travel, particularly within the National Park.  There are also some significant improvements facilitated by UK Government funding from Westmorland & Furness Council as part of their Bus Service Improvement Plan.

Stagecoach hope that these changes will benefit those who live, work and study in the area plus those who visit.  You should see publicity appear in the coming weeks ahead of the summer timetable which starts on 23rd March.
