Our Annual General Meeting will now take place on Friday 2nd July 2021 at 11am, hosted at the Kendal office, Murley Moss. There will only be a small handful of people at the office, everyone else will join remotely. Please don’t try and attend in person, taking care of our members and each other is our key priority. There will be opportunities to vote remotely, and to ask questions beforehand.

We hoped restrictions would be lifted well in advance of our 2021 AGM, however as the timing is so close to the projected ‘opening up’ we reluctantly decided to keep with the remote format, just in case the restriction-easing deadline becomes extended.  Once again, we will cover just the essential AGM business. We aim to hold an in-person activities event later in the year once restrictions are fully lifted – we will let you know this date as soon as possible.

Any member is welcome to ‘remotely’ attend, but we recognise and are sorry that not everyone will have access to a suitable device.  However, if you would like to nominate a proxy who could attend in your place, this will still be possible.
