This is one of a range of FREE activities designed to help people reconnect with the landscape and gain the skills to use nature as a therapeutic tool for years to come. Part of our 'Nurtured by Nature' project.

Combining two of the most wonderful outdoor activities, this swim hike will leave you buzzing - boosting both your mental and physical health.

We'll be walking up from Wilf’s Café in Staveley Mill Yard and heading for a swim in Gurnal Dubs, a small artificial tarn on the slopes of Potter Fell. There are all kinds of health and wellbeing benefits (see below) and it's a great way of socialising and making new friends.
