Join us and bryophyte experts Peter Bullard and Gary Lawrence to explore the hidden and mysterious world of mosses, liverworts, and hornworts in our woods in the Rusland Valley.

We are providing free training for people who will then be willing to go and survey our land for bryophytes during the rest of the year. Places are limited, but if you have the interest, and the time to help us, this will be a fascinating deep dive into what lies beneath the trees.

More details of the event will be sent when places are confirmed.

  • Date:  Tuesday 12th March 2024
  • Time:  10am – 2:30pm
  • Grade:  Moderate.  We will be walking up steep slopes.
