The Great Cumbrian Litter Pick was scheduled to take place in March – just as lockdown was announced. Now that regulations have eased, and sadly, with us seeing an upturn in littering by a minority in the Lake District National Park (and elsewhere around the country), we feel the time is right the relaunch our big clean up.
But we want to be sure that everyone who takes part stays safe, so we’re including some additional guidance, taking into account current government guidance and the implications of the coronavirus pandemic on your health and safety.

Litter-picking alone or in pairs
Litter Picking with members of your household or in small groups of maximum of 6.
